Product Description

FLOORTEK SM is a single-pack, supplied as a colorless translucent low-viscosity film-forming sealer for concrete, masonry, and brickwork surfaces. It comprises a special type of resin, which improves external weathering, and abrasion resistance properties and reduces the permeability of the applied substrate to water and salt solutions. FLOORTEK SM is suitable for application to both internal and external concrete, brickwork, masonry, cement plasters, renders, and screeds. It is also an excellent sealer for exposed aggregate finishes, concrete floor screeds, and porous toppings. When used as a floor sealer, it will improve the wear resistance; therefore, reducing the tendency of concrete floor dusting. FLOORTEK SM forms a matte film when cured.
