SMARTBOND FLEX HYDRO conforms to BS EN12004 type C2S2 with excellent adhesion strength, and high flexibility for permanently bonding all types, sizes, and applications of ceramic tiles as well as fully vitrified or impervious tiles such as porcelain, mosaic glass tiles, and natural stones. Suitable for internal and external use, especially for dry or wet areas, including swimming pools. SMARTBOND FLEX HYDRO is a polymer-fortified cement-based that has been specially formulated to provide easy mixing, excellent workability, low dust, and no slump or shrinkage while maintaining optimum tensile adhesion strength and flexibility. It is particularly suited for areas with some movement, deflection, and continuous water immersion, e.g., a swimming pool. Being an excellent adhesion, and flexible tile adhesive, it can be used for heavy-duty applications on a variety of substrates.
