BLOCKOUT SAPAL 2-in-1 is a weather-resistant, water-based, PU-acrylic sealant, and waterproofer with a PU-enhanced formulation for better long-term performance under extreme conditions in roofs, gutters, joints, exterior walls, and hairline cracks. The addition of polyurethane drastically improves the product's performance, weather resistance, and crackbridging capability. It can be applied to common construction materials such as concrete, tegula, metal surfaces, timber, and plastic. It cures into a durable, elastic film with excellent elongation properties that can withstand the substrate’s dynamic movements, thermal expansion, and contraction. BLOCKOUT SAPAL 2-in-1 can be painted over using water-based paints.
